This is where I am right now. I can’t even believe how lucky I am. But coming back to wintery NYC is not so bad because I’m so excited to teach all my classes. I love teaching the Breath Work. It’s glorious.

Stop Making Sense: The Breath Work Acting Technique 
Thursday Jan. 8,  7:00 – 9:00 pm

Want to get out of your sense-talking head and into your impulse-firing heart? Your breath is the key. In this class, you will learn to focus your awareness on the impulses constantly arising in your breath and body. You will learn to release that energy fully, so that your performing is as satisfying as you know it can be.

You will leave with simple, concrete techniques that make an immediate difference (and a handout with it all written down for when you forget!)
