“It is always useful and exciting to watch you coach others in class. Through your work with one student, we all learned so much tonight about giving ourselves permission to slow down and how much more powerful a scene can be when we take our time.” – Monica V.
You are invited to an Open Class!
Are you a performer or artist or teacher or public speaker or human being who would like to see how to use this focus on your breath to find comfort in your own body, bring a character to life, or access your authentic impulses?
Come to this Open Class and see the technique in action!
Monday evening, May 11th, 7pm, our acting class is open to an audience. Students will perform monologues, scenes and songs; I will coach; and you get to watch and laugh and cry (and breathe) with us.
We’ll have wine and snacks and it will be cozy and fun all around. Please join us.
Reply to this email to let us know you’re coming, or RSVP to email@example.com. Please bring anyone else who might be interested in the Breath Work.
I’m looking forward to seeing you!

I wish I were going to be in beautiful Boulder in person, but alas I will only be there via the miracle of technology, in NOW, FORAGER at The Boedecker Theater. The gorgeous film, by Gotham nominees Jason Cortlund and Julia Halperin, is a selection of “A Taste of Art: Boulder’s Art and Food Festival”.
Let me know, please, if you go! If you know people in Boulder, please send them!
